In der neuen Sonderausstellung „Johannes Römmler – ein architektonischer Avantgardist“ beleuchten wir die eindrucksvolle Schaffensperiode von einem der wohl prägendsten Architekten und Bauzeichner des alten Gubens.
Der Bauinspektor und Magistratsbaurat Römmler wirkte fast 35 Jahre in Guben. Er baute, entwarf und überwachte bis 1936 viele Gebäude. Das Wirken von Johannes Römmler ist noch heute in vielen Bereichen zu spüren. So prägte er nicht nur seine Generation, sondern die Städte Guben und Gubin bis in die Gegenwart und wohl noch weit über diese hinaus. Diese Sonderausstellung ist vom 11. Juni bis zum 3. November 2024 im Stadt- und Industriemuseum Guben zu sehen.

Der Bauinspektor und Magistratsbaurat Römmler wirkte fast 35 Jahre in Guben. Er baute, entwarf und überwachte bis 1936 viele Gebäude. Das Wirken von Johannes Römmler ist noch heute in vielen Bereichen zu spüren. So prägte er nicht nur seine Generation, sondern die Städte Guben und Gubin bis in die Gegenwart und wohl noch weit über diese hinaus. Diese Sonderausstellung ist vom 11. Juni bis zum 3. November 2024 im Stadt- und Industriemuseum Guben zu sehen.
